To get a ball park or approximate figure, It's basic costs are about $75.00 per sq ft.
It takes 7-9 square foot for one person. To get an Idea, take 7x500=3,500 sq ft.
3,500 sq ft x 75=262,000.00. To start, for a little one, of 300 people would be 157,500!
Naturally the land doesn't come with it, but if you have good credit, you can lease.
As a minister of the Gospel for 50 years, and pastor for 25 years, I have found, you can't really build a church on
a temporary place as a banquet room, or hall somewhere. You need a permanent building so you have it 24/7.
You need a place to bring your sleeping bag, and pray all night if necessary. Also continuous revivals.
